User data deletion instructions

1. Overview

This page describes how you can request deletion or review of personal data processed in connection with our use of Meta technologies (for example Facebook Login, Meta APIs, or Instagram APIs) when you interact with Kapra Labs or Kapra Chain services that rely on those products.

2. Data you control in Meta accounts

You can remove or download much of your Facebook and Instagram data directly in your Meta account settings, including app connections and permissions. See Meta's help center for Facebook and Instagram.

3. Request deletion from Kapra Labs

To request that we delete or stop processing personal data we hold that came from Meta-related integrations (excluding data that is immutably recorded on a public blockchain—see below), email us at:

Use the subject line: Meta app data deletion request. Include:

• Your name and a reply email address
• A description of the Kapra / Kapra Labs service or app you used with Meta login or permissions
• If available, your Facebook or Instagram user ID or the email associated with the Meta account (helps us locate app-scoped data)

We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

4. Public blockchain data

Kapra Chain stores certain transactions and public addresses on a public blockchain. That information is not stored solely on our servers and generally cannot be deleted or altered because of the nature of distributed ledgers. This page applies to account and app-related data we control outside the chain.
